Hong Bo Burger & Poutine is a niche spot in the First Markham Place food court offering Asian-inspired burgers, fries, and poutine for a different option compared to the typical BBQ meats, fried rice/noodles, and dumplings you would typically lean towards ordering. The quality of the burgers was quite good as they have a few different options to mix and match your preference of colours and textures. Whether it's the beet or charcoal bun, you always have to go for the Shrimp Burger! The texture of the shrimp burger reminds me of the Shrimp Lobster Claw that you would enjoy at banquet menus with the right amount of seasoning in the mixture. There is the right amount of condiments which does not take away the overall flavour of the burger. I can't wait for my next visit! Parking: Lots of parking available at First Markham Place.
