Be careful. 4 of us went here for a family dinner, and rushed home to the toilet. So sad. Because we used to go there more often. What happened? The FOOD SERVERS really DIDN'T CARE about FOOD SAFTY, "NOTICE" in photos we provided of food server JUST DUMPING new food into LEFT OVERS with TRAY INSIDE NEW FOOD.HOW DISGUSTING. And trowing dropped food on the counter trown BACK INTO MAIN CORSE PAN.ooh jeezus.As we noticed that happening we talked about how things were going on in the back.We again and again watched the Chinese older man with a gray cap,and a gray vest on do that over and over again. We were also wondering how many other people were going home in a rush to use the restroom? Because of UNSAFE FOOD PRACTICES. WE,FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NOT BE VISITING HONG KONG BUFFET AGAIN, UNTIL SAFE FOOD PRACTICES ARE IN PLACE.WE WILL BE ON CONTACT WITH THE BBB AND POSSIBLY THE FOOD ADMINISTRATION.
