How to start with this... I've been eating at the same restaurant for about 7 years with impeccable service... Until these last 4 orders, all with errors, you ask for one thing and they bring you another. They make the client guilty, as if they couldn't make mistakes... and they also charge you for their mistakes. These types of details detract from the quality of the service.
