We ordered the beef nilaga and the lomi. The beef was very tough. My mom used to boil the beef separately first so it would be very tender. The broth was very salty. As for the lomi, it was very sweet, too sweet to eat. This dish is not supposed to be sweet. When we informed the waitress she said it wasn't sweet but took it back to get us a new one. The replacement was the same dish just watered down. The service was terrible because the waitress never came back to ask us how our food was and never asked us for more water.
