Hong Yen!!! my long lost friend! coming from the westcoast where Pho is on every corner .. have tried so many places .. this was amazeballs! the smell when we walked in we knew it was gonna be legit. we did not get to try the old location but im ohh so happy they reopened. I'll be here weekly.. The broth does have a slight sweetness to it but very slight thats my only quirk. The fact they have the perfect balance of thai basil and bean sprouts and jalapeños makes this the ultimate pho experience. This is where other locations seriously lack. They also have a small size which I so appreciate. I cannot eat large portions. This is a necessary option at a Pho place! many Asians eating inside makes it a sure great Pho location! Lots of take out going at high speed. The staff and service was attentive and very friendly. The place is big and bright but nothing impressive. The condiments on the tables need cleaned better and more often. The womens bathroom was touchless soap and towel and clean and fresh. The thai tea is priced way too high. I refuse to pay $7. ridiculous! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

As a returning customer I am very disappointed on how badly the service is here now. Waited forever to even be acknowledged about being seated, didnt get any drinks or menus for a long time. Once we got the drinks we never got refills or were even offered, the lady absolutely could not understand us while taking the order we had to point at the menus to tell her what we wanted. Please take some time to reevaluate your staffing situation, with the price increase and long waits there should be at least staff that know the menu items and can bring refills its very disappointing. Especially when there’s constantly people talking and standing around at the counter. Probably won’t be coming back as this is the third time trying it since opening and absolutely nothing has changed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We were so sad during the remodeling not having our favorite in Springfield. The wait was worth it now knowing how beautiful it is and that the same great food is still on the menu. Springfield has so many options and so few that are consistently great. I can't wait to try their new banh mi place right next door. The pho is just like being back in Vietnam. Always clean and always great customer service. Absolutely nothing better in town. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
