I was in the mood for Korean food, so I visited a restaurant called "Hongane" near my house. I went there after 12:30 and the parking lot was full. The store was quite busy, but the ratio of women was high, around 90%. One man is restless. Luckily I wasn't alone! There are various lunch menus, but I wanted to try samgyeopsal and gimbap, so I ordered them right away. The friendly staff took our orders, and the cassette stove and iron plate were immediately prepared. And among the kakuteki and other small dishes that came first, green onion salad? I wait for the meat while picking up something that looks like it. (Actually, it's something you eat with meat) When the meat arrives, it will be grilled right away. They check the doneness several times and when they are done, they cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors. This can also be done at Doko, but it makes me happy. (It's easy) Also, if you dip it in sesame oil sauce, wrap it with kimchi and garlic, and eat it, it will be the most delicious and satisfying meal for me. After eating for a while, gimbap appeared. I started eating this recently and I'm pretty hooked. It looks like ehomaki, but I like this one better. Last time I ordered too much and ate too much, so this time I was 80% full.
