A disappointed Hoosier to say the least. Stopped in for an early dinner and was not impressed. Our waiter just happened to also be the only bartender. He was sweating profusely but had manners and professionalism. Ordered a burger and was extremely disappointed. The burger was beyond well done and tasted like the bottom of a grill. We also had a few daiquiris and they were filled with big chucks of ice and tasted like they had no alcohol in them. We wont be back to say the least!

HOOSIER HOSPITALITY! This was a 5 STAR experience! Thank you to Captain Mark and First Mate Jacquine who made us feel at home. We are Hoosier natives on our family of 11 vacation. We called the restaurant and Captain Mark answered the phone, we asked about the closest trolly stop and mentioned we were interested in having dinner but we were a large party and we gave an approx. ETA. Although, we didn't have a "reservation" time we arrived and was greeted by Captain Mark with table set-up and ready for our party of 11. The service great, atmosphere was welcoming with indoor/outdoor seating and food was fantastic. We ordered a variety of entrees, I highly recommend The Captain or House Favorites: Cheeseburger, Fish Taco's, Hoosier Breaded Tenderloin, BLT, Captains Pork Chop and the special of day was the homemade loaded baked potato soup, which was incredibly mouthwatering! Hoosiers in Paradise Bar & Island Grill is a must stop for casual dining.
