I always try to stop here whenever I’m flying in or out of Ontario. I love the food, drink specials, big screens, and—most importantly—the excellent service from the staff. That was definitely the case this past Sunday while heading home after spending New Year’s with family. I wasn’t sure I’d have time to stop, but my flight was delayed, which worked out perfectly. My brother and I grabbed some boneless wings and drinks and caught part of the Sunday night game. Our server, Mercedez, was friendly and provided great service. Around halftime my flight delay ended, so it was time to head out. The manager on duty stepped in to help us close out quickly. As usual, I picked up the Hooters calendar, and he added it to our tab. He mentioned that one of the featured girls, Niki, was actually working that night and went out of his way to ask if she could sign it. Despite being extremely busy making drinks for both the bar and servers, Niki was kind enough to sign my calendar and even take a photo with me. The manager helped with the picture and made sure we were taken care of so I could get back to the airport. Thanks to everyone’s help (and my brother rushing me along), I made it just in time for boarding. Huge thanks to the entire staff for always delivering great service. This is such a great restaurant! Our waitress Brooklyn was very professional and was super sweet. I brought in my special needs uncle, and he had the most amazing time ever and the girls made it super fun for him. I highly recommend checking out this hooters. Its sad so many Hooters are closing. If you have the opportunity, ask for Brooklyn to be your server. She was so sweet and kind and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing as well. Hooters of Ontario is a great establishment to come to for delicious wings, refreshing beer, and good times! The staff here are professional and informative of what's on their menu. It's definitely a place to be with a group of friends where you can catch up and watch sports on the TV screens that are provided within the restaurant. Cheers to you Hooters!!
