Went for supper at Hooyo's Kitchen. It's been a while since we've had Ethiopian food in the FM area. Naturally we got the full (meat) Ethiopian injera platter along with sambusas and baajiya. Everything was very flavorful and the injera platter was presented so beautifully! We will definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
