This restaurant can be known as one of the best restaurants in Melbourne. The communication skills that this restaurant provides is excellent , The food tastes amazing and the head chef is one of the kindest people I have met. Unprofessional and discourteous experience. Accepted an order and drove 10 minutes across town to pick it up. Knocked on the pickup window; the staff member gave a silent nod and returned to her work. No greeting, no estimate, no communication. I waited 15 minutes before canceling the order. No one followed up. It costs nothing to acknowledge people and communicate wait times. I do not recommend accepting pickups from this venue. Service: 1
