A Chinese restaurant in town that catches my eye every time I pass by on my way to work It looks like they are also doing delivery. I ordered a few items and drank beer However, since I commute by bike, I can't drink alcohol. At a Chinese restaurant, I lined up several plates on the table and wanted people to drink with me (Later story) I decided to stop by on my way home from work! But is there a place to park my bike? If you look closely, you'll see a sign saying Horai Bicycle Parking at the end of the parking lot next to the store. Come visit us! There are two tables and a counter. Looks like it's thriving Get to the end of the counter. It's a glass of cold chuhai. Most people usually use small beer glasses, but it's large enough that you don't have to refill! (However, there's always leftover ice at every store. Sometimes I eat a lot of ice, but please make sure to have the perfect amount so that it melts in just the right amount.) MOTTAINAI is Wangari Maathai, isn't it? Good!) I'm glad they give you towels too! It's important whether or not there are towels. Now, what should I do? I'll have ramen and gyoza! I'd like a side dish or rice, but since it's still cold, I'd prefer warm ramen. Ramen, fried rice, and gyoza are the perfect way to test your skills when trying a Chinese restaurant for the first time It's a barometer of your ability! After waiting for a while, the ramen will appear! It's orthodox, old-fashioned soy sauce ramen. It's a reasonable price in an era where 1,000 yen per cup is commonplace at famous restaurants. Ingredients are seaweed, thin menma, roast pork, naruto, and chopped green onions. Now, take a sip of the soup. It has a light and gentle taste that reminds me of something nostalgic The noodles are thin. Thin noodles are perfect for nostalgic ramen The chashu has a firm texture. It tastes so good that you can chew it. The thick type is good, but if you want to enjoy char siu, this is better! It might be good as a snack with char siu or to accompany beer. Next comes the gyoza! There are 5 rather small pieces. The grilled color is golden brown, just the way I like it Put chili oil and soy sauce in a small plate. (Even though it's a male, I don't put vinegar in it! Osu! ) Soy sauce is a commercially available bottle type that keeps it fresh. If you use a regular soy sauce jug, it's a pain to add more. Now, take a bite of gyoza. It's juicy and delicious It goes well with beer! Does beer make the gyoza taste better, or does gyoza make the beer taste better? I wouldn't call it mariage... It's beer. (Aida Mitsuoka!) But it's a shame because it's a motorcycle. Next time I come, I think I'll enjoy a happy moment with some single dishes, gyoza, and beer. There's even a case where a driver's license was revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol Is that the guy who got his red cap cut off because he was under the influence of alcohol? By the way, he now has his gold license reinstated ) I was completely satisfied and headed home.
