In September 2022, I had lunch at a Champon restaurant called Horai in Nara Prefecture. The black pork Japanese-style champon fried rice with grilled pork that I ordered this time is a stylish bowl, and it looks delicious. Champon's bean paste is piping hot, and you can feel the umami of vegetables and seafood in the soup. The noodles were thick curly noodles, and the soup was tightly entwined and hot and delicious.
