Noodle restaurant Horikawa-san. Gifu City Old Market This is a long-established soba shop near Gifu University. I mentioned that it is a long-established store, but it seems that it has been in business for 40 years. The inside of the store has tables, a small raised area, and a horigotatsu (horizontal kotatsu), where you can sit according to the direction of the staff. Order on a tablet. Maybe it's because it's a soba restaurant, but the staff handles the older customers, and I operate the restaurant. It was so kind of you to call out to me! The wild vegetable soba noodles were smooth and chewy, the wild vegetables were crunchy, and the soup stock was sweet and delicious! ! Thank you for the meal. (Oh, Media Cosmos and Hiyashi Tanuki Heaven near City Hall are sister stores. You can use the same point card.) It is closed every Thursday and is open for lunch and dinner.
