Stumbled upon this place because we were staying nearby and I’m glad we did! Ordered the spicy ramen and fried rice and both were incredible! The best part was the owner - so kind and inviting and prepared the food so quickly. We explained to him that my wife wasn’t feeling well and it would only be me eating and then he brought her a cold brewed Hojicha! Excellent ramen shop near Kyoto Gyoen I live very close by and have been coming back to Horin for several months now The owner, Minesan, is very friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed. With over 30 years of experience, Minesan knows how to make delicious ramen every time and has very affordable prices If you are visiting Kyoto this is a great place to try!
