I stopped by Horohoro, which I knew was good for beef tongue, and was shown to a counter seat with a view of Inspace. Today's lunch was spicy tsukemen and mini beef bowl, so I thought they also had tsukemen, and since beef tongue is a standard menu item and can be eaten anytime, I had today's lunch, but it was special including the sauce for the noodles. It's like a restaurant in a city with no elaborate details. Up to this point I'd give it an average 3, but since I had something else I wanted to write about, I finished the top section quickly. Halfway through my meal, I ran out of water and placed the empty glass in a place that could be seen from the inside space.The staff came in front of me several times, but they never poured water until I left, and they were completely attentive. There was no. The hygiene aspect was what I was most concerned about, but a waitress came from the kitchen wearing clothes that gave the impression of being dirty, with a towel hanging around her waist, and she was carrying the food. I was surprised to see him cooking and walking around the audience. Also, there doesn't seem to be any alcohol sanitizer anywhere in Inspace, and probably not even at the cash register, so it looks like the person was touching the tableware with the hand that was handling the cash. I was thinking of trying beef tongue next time, but it turned out to be a restaurant I don't want to go to again, so I gave it a harsh 1.
