The Only place with a professional shisha background. They serve good flavors with solid Shishas... all the rest of Kampala serves Indian Hookah (garbage)...? Horus serves Modern German hookahs. Only Smoke here dear Tourist! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
