In front of the Politeama Rossetti there is this little pearl of traditional Friulian cuisine (also gluten-free, as they are present in the Aic circuit). An environment far from the nightlife full of charm and warmth. The flavors are those of the family cuisine, revisited however with innovation. I was born and raised in Tuscany with the aromas and flavors created by my mother's meat sauce (it's not called ragù in our country), cooked slowly and the roasts prepared with all the aromas by my father so as not to forget the handmade pastry from my grandmother to create pappardelle and fettuccine. This is how I felt.... At home. In all this, in addition to the exquisite cuisine, there is certainly the infinite kindness of the owner who, together with her husband, chef of the Hostaria G. Strehler, is the symbol. If you are visiting Trieste you must not miss it. It will remain in your heart. Reservation is recommended.
