Very nice place, very kind staff and a lot of attention to the origin and seasonality of the products. Highly recommended! I was passing through the Conero Park and stopped to take some photos (they will be part of the new Gambero Rosso publication). In the evening, having stopped in Camerano, I decide to try the cuisine of 'Hosteria La Marca' located in one of the main streets. Arrival at 8pm, without reservation. There are already 2 diners; the other tables free. I ask for a seat and initially a waitress looks at a table for two with the intention of making me sit there, but then she tells me to wait and goes down to the kitchen to ask if it is possible. He comes back a few minutes later and claims that a group was due to arrive and would occupy all the free tables. When I asked if I could take away, since that's what they advertise on the blackboards hanging in the window, I was told that the chef couldn't manage the order due to the group he was supposed to prepare for. I leave, I enter another place not far away; the waitress immediately seats me and serves me excellent quality products. In the end they also tell me that I can come back the following evening (dinner 31 December). Ah, they were full too, but they have a different attitude. I will write about them soon. At 9.40pm I leave to return to the hotel, from outside I still see the table for 2 at 'Hosteria La Marca' empty. Service: 1
