It was our first time trying an all-you-can-eat hot pot, and the staff patiently explained everything and were incredibly helpful throughout the experience. There was an amazing variety of ingredients—we couldn’t even try everything! They also brought a huge platter of high-quality steak, and it was so good that we actually thought it must cost extra because it seemed too generous to be included. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. This is definitely a place you should visit if you're in Turin. It’s also located in a great area with plenty of other interesting places to explore nearby. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30

Great hot pot place! The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was very attentive. The staff were kind and even brought us a full jug of ice when we asked. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the milk tea was a nice bonus. The only downside was that the music playlist felt a bit outdated. Other than that, everything was great! Wonderful experience overall. My mom and I were visiting from the states and were very excited to hear about Hot Pot Hub from our friends. Fresh all-you-can-eat BBQ and hot pot items, kind and attentive service, and we even had a chance to chat with the owner of the restaurant, which added a nice touch to the whole experience.
