Actually, I never gave a full mark to a restaurant, but this deserves a 5 star. I tried the smashed burger, twice, and it's really good, and the price is very reasonable. But the cherry on the cake was when I asked them to make a gluten free burger for my wife, they were very cooperative and made one without a bread, they made wrapped it with lettuce (we are not 100% sure that it's not gluten contaminated, but we took the risk). I recently visited the 7th Circle branch of Hot Restaurants with the sole purpose of trying the highly anticipated Hot Tasty sandwich. Upon tasting it, I found the sauce to be impressively close to what I had hoped for, achieving an 80% similarity to the ideal flavor. However, while the sauce delivered, the type and quality of the meat left room for improvement. It lacked the richness and depth that would have made the sandwich truly exceptional. On the plus side, the filling was well-portioned and consistent, ensuring each bite was satisfying. One notable shortcoming, though, was the absence of cheese. I wasn’t offered the option to include cheese, which I found a bit disappointing. A simple question from the staff could have elevated the experience. The French fries were another area that fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, they were served cold and lacked the crispness and flavor one would expect from a good side dish. On a more positive note, I also tried the chicken shawarma. It was delicious, packed with flavor, and a solid choice for anyone looking for a tasty meal. However, it did come with a noticeable amount of salt, which could be adjusted for a more balanced taste. Overall, the visit had its highlights, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both the quality of the meat and the attention to detail in service.
