I ordered the pizza set and the burger, I’ve eaten from this place twice and the food has been fabulous. I understand it can be very indulgent but it’s fast food what can you except. Very delicious. The best one is the burgers by far. Try the donor pizza, the donor meat on the pizza is very good combo. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5

Pizza was ordered at 12:50 AM, We wait until 02:12 AM no delivery arrived. I called them, they said it will be there within 15 minutes. I tried to contact them, they put the phone in busy mood, cause they had no ligitimate excuse. I had to turned on ignition and drove straight to Hotspot to collect it. Totally unhappy, very poor customer service... when you order from Justeat then you will see no delivery detail available because the Hospot uses it own carrier. It's a trick they use to fool the customer. 0 out of 10! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely disappointed with Hot Spot Pizza Shop. When I placed my order, I was told delivery would take around 30 minutes. After waiting 2–3 hours, the food still never arrived. No proper updates or honest communication were given. If you can’t deliver on time, don’t promise short delivery times. This was a complete waste of time, and I won’t be ordering again.
