Extremely disappointed with Hot Spot Pizza Shop. When I placed my order, I was told delivery would take around 30 minutes. After waiting 2–3 hours, the food still never arrived. No proper updates or honest communication were given. If you can’t deliver on time, don’t promise short delivery times. This was a complete waste of time, and I won’t be ordering again.
