Edit 7/10/26- I am amending my review from a 1 star to a 4 star review. The company reached out regarding the below review to try to resolve my issue which I think is great customer service. I decided to give them a 2nd chance and went there for dinner. The 2 people working (Ethan and Mabel) were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plus the food is great. The salads are the best I've found when it comes to fast food places. Glad I gave them a second chance and will be going there again!! Original Review- First time coming here and not a good experience. Waited for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The 2 adults working ignored me and the only one who helped me was the 10 year old. He definitely wasn't old enough to be working there. They weren't even that busy. One of the adults should have said I will be with you in a moment. Very poor customer service and very disappointed and won't be coming here again. Will go to the west Springfield one, much better service there Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
