Ordered large order this weekend, they forgot to give us our 3 orders of beef tacos. The lady on the phone said she'd comp us since we had to drive and come back for it. When my husband and brother in law went to pick it up, she would not comp us for the three missed tacos as she said on the phone. Food was okay, but service was not very good on the day I went. I don't know what happened. Take note for those that do come here, that one taco is $5??? On the phone the lady told me one order came with 3 tacos. So we ordered 6 orders to find out that it's 1 taco for $5 each. We ended up having to pay 90$ for 18 birria tacos. Then an additional $15 for the beef taco. Not sure what happened here and why the menu isn't specific about how much quantity one gets *****As well take note, lots of hidden costs they throw in***. On their menu it says you get a choice of meat but they charged us $1 for asada beef on all burritos and one of the fries dish. I also want to add, I never asked for any pop but it was also added in. I'm not sure why the order taker started to add a bunch of things and over charge for items. I'm not from the city and came to visit family. I'd avoid this place in the future. Food: 2 Service: 1
