Food is okay but the way they handle business is very bad, as a entrepreneur I find the Semaisma branch very poor at handling customers. You cannot complain since there is no one incharge rather than cashier or delivery guy. Most ofthe time they will make you wait for almost 2 hours. And at times they forgot your order. Who does that?

Hi. We have been having my lunch at hot tea Mesaeeid for the past 2 years. Shafeek (store manager) served the customers with a smile and took care of them well. But for the past few months, the service quality including the food quality has really gone down to a great level. The new staff especially the manager himself is arrogant. The entire team needs to have a professional customer service training first. TODAY WE HAD 2 EGG NOODLES AND GOBI MANCHURIAN WHICH WAS EXTREMELY BAD IN TASTE. FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, WE WERE SERVED GOBI MANCHURIAN AS GRAVY WHEN WE ORDERED FOR DRY. ALL IN ALL, TODAY WAS THE BITTEREST EXPERIENCE IN HOT TEA.
