All food was fresh and very tasty! Great presentation too, very entertaining! We got a 500g plateau of shrimp and it was plenty for a table of 3. The bullion was not salty enough but it's nothing a little salt or soy sauce can't fix. I recommend soba with any base you choose, ita flavorful but neutral enough to fit any taste. A boiled napa cabbage was a real surprise, I strongly recommend it before you choose any kind of veggies. I also think a pair of scissors to be added as base utensil, at least a pair per table to cut the veggies and maybe sausages - it will just add a little convenience. Great service, Kristina was a great advisor and a pleasant server. Very accommodating too, made an exception for the promo plate and gave us lemonade made from scratch instead of beers - these lemonades belong on the menu by the way, I hope the people responsible for it take this opinion into consideration!
