We ate two dinners at Hotarutei. Both were 10 course Japanese feasts which were simply amazing. The staff were knowledgeable of the region and food, and the chef prepared an amazing range of dishes that will be memorable for a long, long time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
