We have just arrived there, for a 3 night reservation. The room offered to us is not made (no sheet, exposed mattress). Apologies from the receptionist, who offered us another room: ditto not done... new apologies, offers us a new room: same, still not done calls "management" before taking us to a small room, but that's what it is! Outdoor swimming pool, "defended" by an aggressive dog behind a glass door. You must ask the receptionist so that the dog is removed. It's hard to get a worse welcome! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Me and my friends were not allowed to eat at the restaurant because we look “arabic and gypsy.” I thought we left racism and prejudice in the past.
