Our rooms use a geothermal floor cooling system that circulates water at approximately 16 degrees from deep probes, combined with a comfort ventilation system that supplies fresh outside air. While this works well under most conditions, we recognise that during sustained heat waves it can reach its limits and fall short of what a conventional air conditioning unit would deliver. Your point about how this system is described is equally valid — we will review our communication to make sure it sets accurate expectations for future guests.
