Unfortunately, the staff is rough as a number of visitors mention. Cool service is something that guests would like to improve here. This restaurant got negative comments because of the exotic atmosphere. Hotel Best Step Inn hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

It was a little hard to find a budget accomodation in Muktinath. I didn't ask eveyhotel but where I asked, they all say 1500 ruppees for 1 person. This place was 1000 for a room for one, and if you order dinner and breakfast, you get a free room. the room is clean and attached bathroom has hot, or rather warm, shower. Staff was friendly and food was good. Only down side was wifi connection wasn't good in my room.

Stayed at Hotel Best Step Inn and had a really good experience. The hotel is simple, neat, and very clean. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The staff and service were also very nice and helpful throughout the stay. Food quality was good, and everything felt peaceful and comfortable. A great place to stay in Kagbeni with good hospitality and a pleasant atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
