I’m over from NZ and came in the other day to grab some chocolates for my aunty! I was served by Alex, who was extremely accommodating and knew his stuff on the best chocolates to make her day special! He was a very very big help. Thank you (and great coffee too) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

No customer service. Too busy cleaning the coffee machine, starting into space and giving booze out to actually notice someone who wants to buy something. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
