After a long walk around Corner Brook Museum & Archives, come to Hotel Corner Brook and have a rest here. The great location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. Most reviewers say that the staff is energetic at this place. A number of people mark that the service is good. Here you will pay fair prices. As a lot of guests affirm, the decor is modern. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Its current 3-4 star rating pulled me in. And it was named Historic Corner Brook Hotel in my list. It is in a run down section of the city. It's surrounded by homeless people. The front desk is plexiglassed, with Methadone Clinic business cards displayed. We went to our room, which was very dark, and the beds did not look to have clean sheets. I wasn't sure all of our rental car would be there in the morning! We did not stay. Service: 1

Walk in last September 13 asked for a room,the guy at front desk said that he had one left a suit on the top floor, I said your full,him said to why do you think I'm lying to you!!!!, I said no no I was happy for them sense I know the owner some what.so he told us to take a seat very rudely,so we did and waited for about 15 minutes, then right out of the blue a man walks in asks if any room available, he said one left and gave it to him....so the wife and I left ,I then called back to the hotel and asked for Shawn's number, which he wouldn't give me,so then said if I wanted a room he had another one available ( cancelation), desperate because no rooms available in corner brook last night we took the room, now for as long as I can remember we always stay at hotel corner brook, but from this day forward as long as Mike is working there I will not be staying there at this hotel again..also was charged 138.00 on par with the green wood mamateek and glynmill in,but far from the decency of the others,so Shawn park I hope you do will with this hotel, but consider getting rid of a certain staff member, he's only out to hurt your business.........sincerely a long time costumer, but not any more.
