Hide and seek! I call several times to get a quote for a wedding, never an answer! So I decide to introduce myself in person! By pure chance, crossroads, the wedding organizer left me her number, telling me in June to call her after a month and a half, as she was busy (therefore in the middle of July......but ok), it passes this period, I wrote to her several times, resulting in messages being displayed, but no response, I called several times, nothing to be done, then again I called the hotel, from the reception, very kindly, they told me that they wouldn't take care of it and I would always had to talk to the same person! In one of my last messages I get a reply, I'm referring to my colleague, honestly it seems like an absurd situation to me, I'll leave it at that, by sending a message, to consider the date free. After two weeks I was contacted, for??? But no thanks? Tana for everyone I turned elsewhere and within a day I solved it, in the bad it also went even better. More than a star...a shooting star.
