They didn’t have an English menu the waiter saw us sitting down but ignored us fully I had to stand up and ask him for the menu and he gave me the mean eye this is no way to treat foreigners who are willing to spend money for ur country extremely unhappy experience I was gonna eat breakfast with my family but looks like we aren’t welcome 1/5 don’t come here if ur a foreigner Service: 1

The location of the hotel is great for relaxation and quiet, about 30 minutes from the center of Sarajevo and its view is charming. The staff were quite rude except for the lady at the reception, who was very kind. My experience with the hotel was disappointing. The room was small and there was no safety box in the room. I also asked them to change the sheets, and they said okay, but they never did. Service: 2

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here at the Hotel Forest. We had a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived and the positives just never ended. All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The were always doing anything to please us. The rooms were great, perfect for what we needed. Food, fantastic! Couldn't fault it at all. Great options for everyone. Choice of wine and beer were also very good and came with recommendations from the staff. The organized transfer every day to and from the hotel to the ski resort was spot on. Lovely driver and always on time. We were also invited to have a table one evening where a local band came to perform. The place was packed and it was such a fun experience. We felt very welcomed by everyone. We would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend it enough. Service: 5
