Today we had dinner at the Hotel zum Mohren. The table was reserved at 7:30 p.m. First we had an aperitif with injected currant syrup including rosemary etc. Then as a starter goat cheese praline and vitello tonnato. For the main course, the veal cheeks and tagliata di manzo. In between, a Mirabell Grappa from Vinschgau. To round things off, crème brûlée and a lemon sorbet. All in all it was a lovely evening. Welcome home is the name of the game here. Class! Thank you for the wonderful evening. Keep it up! You are great :-) Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
