I recently stayed a week at the Genova Hotel, and unfortunately I found the experience to be far below expectations. One of the major issues was the Wifi. The connection was extremely poor, very unreliable to the point that using any device to connect to the internet became nearly impossible. This was frustrating, especially for when you need to stay connected during travel. During my week at this hotel, I called reception four times for support with the wifi and nothing was done. Additionally, the breakfast was underwhelming. Not only was the selection limited, it was at time unappetizing due to the some of the items (bacon) being undercooked. While the staff was polite and the location convenient, the overall experience was ruined by these shortcomings. I hope the Genova Hotel consider significant improvements to their wifi connectability and breakfast service for future guests.
