I am disappointed with my experience at The Grand Ashram, Rajbiraj. Our family booked the venue for an important function with high expectations and paid a significant amount for the services. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet even basic standards. The food quality was very poor. Several dishes appeared to be undercooked, the food was served cold, and there were delays in serving despite the agreed schedule. As hosts, it was embarrassing to face complaints from our guests regarding the quality and timing of the meals. Considering the amount charged, the food was far below expectations and felt like a complete waste of money. The rooms were also below average in terms of comfort and maintenance. Based on our experience, I would recommend prospective customers explore other options before making a booking. It is particularly disappointing because we genuinely wanted to support a local business in Rajbiraj. However, customer satisfaction, service quality, and the reputation of families hosting important events should be given higher priority. When guests attend such functions, the hosts' reputation is also at stake. In comparison, there are several venues in Biratnagar that offer better quality, better service, and more reasonable pricing. I sincerely hope The Grand Ashram takes this feedback constructively and focuses on improving its food quality, service standards, and overall customer experience.

Nice and peaceful place for family and friends! We visited the restaurant at Hotel Grand Ashram with family and friends and really enjoyed it. The place is very clean and peaceful with plenty of parking space. The food was delicious — especially the Nepali and Indian dishes. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for family gatherings or small celebrations. Highly recommend this place if you are in Rajbiraj! One of the best hotel in Rajbiraj with lots of space for different events, ac rooms, banquet, restaurants. Nice effort from the investors.
