Hi, I did not plan to add my opinion, but since my Wife, who commented on our experience yesterday, did get a reply from you, let me clarify: 1. The massage time when booked online is 30 mins, not 25 mins - please check your own website („Fuga Romantica - due massagi a 30 minuti”). That’s what the difference between marketing and reality means. As I did not use my massage, my Wife was supposed to get a one hour massage (or 50-minutes in your non-marketing version). She was back to the room after 45 minutes total. 2. The food poisoning: I did not eat or drink anything outside of the hotel since 4 pm on the previous day. I am healthy, I do not take any medicines, I felt great until approx. one hour after the breakfast. But this is not the point. The point is that even when you were informed something was very wrong and I was sick, nobody cared. Nobody even asked „are you OK?”. Of course IF we asked, there might have been some reaction, but this is exactly the difference between a reactive customer service and a proactive one. Finally, instead of pretending everything was OK (there are some other negative reviews) you could have taken the above as a feedback to improve. As my Wife stated we were your guests many years ago and it was a marvellous experience then. We would love to see „the old Scoiattolo” back. I spent the entire July in the Aosta Valley hotels, and believe me, your price/quality ratio is a disaster today. Service: 1

The place is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The service can be improved. It should be a family hotel on the paper but it lacks the kind of services that gives the family adjective its proper meaning. Service: 2

Buonasera, siamo contenti che abbiate apprezzato il nostro hotel, ci teniamo a precisare che siamo un hotel per famiglie ma non siamo un family hotel. Nella nostra struttura troverete camere spaziose , culle per i vostri bimbi , seggioloni al ristorante , ma non abbiamo servizi dedicati ai più piccoli. Ci dispiace che abbiate potuto fraintendere questo guardando il nostro sito, ma se guardate il sito con attenzione non sono descritti i servizi di un family hotel.
