Very pleasant summer stay 2023, after August bank holiday. The location is excellent, the numerous services available to customers are excellent and quick, especially if they have children in tow. The shuttle service is very convenient, with the possibility of choosing the most convenient times to reach the beach, which can however be reached independently... even with bikes made available to the facility. The choice of meals is vast and tasty, always offering options dedicated to the little ones. The staff and staff with whom the customer interacts in various capacities are very kind and always attentive. And this is the summary of the summer parenthesis. Not happy, we decided on a romantic winter getaway a few days ago (February 2024), discovering that the structure is operational all year round... pampered on this occasion too. Thank you! I stayed at this property with my boyfriend on an all-inclusive basis in the first week of August. A magical place to say the least. The rooms for a three *** are beautiful, spacious and always clean. Very friendly staff, even the cleaning ladies. The food is great. The location is very strategic, in the center of Torre San Giovanni. We loved this holiday and will definitely be back. We miss you Hotel Luna Lido!
