Old, worn out and not always clean. Located a long walk from anywhere including the train and no shuttle service. Local area is dead in the evening, hard to get a meal. Need to take train to Kinugawa Onsen or Nikko and for local attractions, but that's a 20 min walk, longer with luggage. Smoking room was inside and clearly noticeable in the lobby. For the price expected better. Nice breakfast and great view from our 9th floor room, even if the balcony door was broken. Service: 2

People here can not speak english, only some. No conbini around, so I suggest you to go to conbini first. Service ok. Room so small
