The hotel is modern, clean and well-kept, but the service is not professional. The meals were amazing. And the dinners suck. (not fresh tenderloin, after pointing it out, the lady was outraged and tried to say that the meat was fresh) - After the situation occurred, the staff did not skimp on their comments, which was rude and impertinent. Problem with sauna towels. When it comes to massages, Mrs. Ania is professional and very good at her job. The hotel may be OK, but the service needs to change! Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 3
