Having seen Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Take a break and try good laing. At Hôtel Panorama, clients may order tasty parfait and nicely cooked croissants. You will be offered good coffee.

I was going to give a 5 but staff member was not welcoming, not accommodating. We were happy with the location of this hotel. The hotel itself was physically relatively “dated” but we thought that we were on a pilgrimage so room 622 and 624, although quite small, were reasonable for our purpose, room 618 was bigger and nicer. We were heartfully welcomed by friendly and efficient Daria. Later on in the evening, we felt warm, the team on duty at the reception desk gladly and kindly turned on the airconditioning for our 3 rooms. However, on our 2nd night when I asked about the status of the air conditioning in our rooms, Mr Jean Baptiste at the reception desk reasoned that it was winter already and air conditioning cannot be turned on in October. We did not appreciate the manner by which he rejected our reasonable request. More importantly, we could not understand why his colleagues just the previous night could grant our request for air conditioning and he could not. Guests would appreciate knowing at the time of booking that Hotel Panorama does NOT provide air conditioning on certain dates. We felt disappointed and short changed on our second night. Service: 3

The location is just next to the grotto entrance. The staff, especially in reception, were extremely helpful and cheerful. They handled our requests easily and efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel. The buffet breakfast for €17 was plentiful and varied to everyone’s taste. Maybe they hot items could have hot instead of lukewarm. But still very scrumptious. Thanks. Very comfortable stay! Room was immaculately clean. 2 minute walk from the Sanctuary and the bus stop to the SNCF station is half a block down the street. Good restaurants next door. Staff were friendly. Let us check out at 1200. Nothing not to like! Service: 5
