Terrible experience, rude and rude staff, uncomfortable and very humid beds, very very obsolete structure abandoned to itself, embarrassing breakfast prepared on the table at night to be served in the morning, no heating in the "rooms" those present are not functioning, the the solution to the cold for them is a bathroom warmer, so to speak. The solution of damp beds does not exist, according to the owner's son the topper that is used for people's piss is normal that it does not allow the mattress to breathe, I add from the second half of the 20th century, and makes it damp, then very rudely the cause I was the one who didn't know how to adapt. The cleanliness sometimes left something to be desired, from the toilet drains one could appreciate an unpleasant odor which was pronounced in the rooms as if it were a deodorant but with very "delicate" sewage essences. It was a terrible stay, I could add much more about this property but I'll limit myself to this, it's enough to make it clear that there are very important shortcomings to be filled and to prevent other travelers from finding themselves embarrassed and in difficulty like I found myself. . Excellent central location and close to spas reachable on foot through a small park. The management of the hotel is family-run which gives added value to all the services offered. All genuinely kind, helpful, generous and friendly without becoming intrusive. We preferred full board. The cuisine, overall, good and varied. Spacious and clean rooms with a nice view of the park; clean and spacious bathroom, with window. Just one note: the TVs in the rooms are really too small for the size of the rooms. Rooms: Spacious, bright, clean. Nearby activities: Cinema, theatre, conference centre, clubs, shops, walks in the historic centre, small but really lovely. Walkability: Excellent because it is in a convenient pedestrian area. Food & drinks: Typical of the area. Appetizing. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

I recently spent a stay at Hotel Principe, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Since arriving, I have noticed some issues with customer service. The staff seemed poorly trained and unwilling to resolve problems. Questions were treated with indifference and, at times, in an uncourteous tone. The cleanliness of my room was equally disappointing. I found hair and dust in various parts of the room, which made me question their attention to detail. Additionally, the furniture looked dated and in need of maintenance. The service in the dining room was mixed. The opening hours were not convenient, and the food, while quite good, had excessively long waiting times. I expected more from a hotel of this category. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, and I had difficulty working during my stay, which was very frustrating. Overall, my experience at Hotel Principe was disappointing and will not reflect well on my choice to return in the future or recommend this hotel to others.
