Incredibly disrespectful, we queue at check in for 20 minutes only to be overtaken by a couple who come straight to the counter “just asking if our room is ready? » There are 8 of us in line waiting for our turn FOR THE SAME THING and the receptionist answers them: yes yes! Let's go And here we go for 18 minutes of checkin. EIGHTEEN MINUTES. Because this couple, in addition to being totally disrespectful, knows nothing about the city of Brussels, and rather than finding out via the means available today, prefer to ask the poor overwhelmed hostess where to go this evening, or to have dinner, at which one opens this? And that ? And to get there, how do we do it? Etc. The hostess should never have allowed this couple to overtake an entire line that was also there for their check-in (and some had been there for a very long time..) When I asked if it was okay to have allowed this, the hostess just said “oh? Ah I hadn’t seen” BUT YOU DIDN’T SEE WHAT?! That almost 10 people were gathered at your counter and a couple came out of nowhere and doubled the entire line thanks to you?! Totally incompetent staff Rooms: 4 Service: 1 Location: 2

A lovely friend booked a stay for my partner and I, for two nights at the Pullman Brussels Centre Midi. The location was perfect for train travelers - we didn't even have to leave the station! The rooms were beautiful and well-appointed. The bathroom was modern and large. Breakfast was included and was absolutely lovely! We had zero concerns and had a fabulous stay! I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, both business and holiday travelers would enjoy this modern hotel! Thank you, Pullman Hotel, for the fabulous stay on our first trip to Belgium!
