Dear Melissa, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your family stay and for giving our staff and location perfect 5/5 rating. We are glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, the views and our parking. Thank You also for your constructive comments. Please be assured that all your remarks have been forwarded to appropriate departaments for further review. We always make every affort to replenish the breakfast buffet continuously, but if this was not the case during your visit, we sincerely apologize. Regarding our wellness area, private evening jacuzzi sessions require prior reservation. During high occupancy, these time slots unfortunatelly fill up very quickly. However, during the day it was possible to use the jacuzzi during the open hours, which we alwys highly encourage. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even more enjoyable stay.
