Top-notch catering, meals and service worthy of the greatest restaurants, bravo.!!! part of the hotel there is a chasm, difficult to believe that it is part of the same building seeing the state of disrepair of the rooms, disappointed, noisy, poorly insulated..... or there is an Alaskan cold too bad Service: 4 Location: 4

Smiling and welcoming receptionist. Old-fashioned room with single glazing and with between -7 and -10 degrees outside they put the central heating on minimum..... The entrance to the room is around 10 degrees the bathroom and the bedroom are much too cold. The bedroom once under the duvet can be okay, but the bathroom! No, this is unacceptable. There is also a problem with ladybugs, they are everywhere, in the bathroom, in the bedroom, they fall on you while you sleep, they are found in your clothes, in your toiletries. The bathroom could do with some serious updating. Rusty bathroom drain, putty everywhere laid in thick layers and not pretty at all, toilet flushes poorly every other time it doesn't stop. Furniture inflated with humility. Brown shower curtain at the bottom. Another problem, a rooster that starts crowing at around 3 a.m. with a cadence of 5 to 10 seconds non-stop until morning! And as written above it is single glazing. I saw that this was not the only message about this animal. The insulation between the rooms is very very limited, also advice: go to sleep before your neighbor, especially if he snores. A week on site with breakfast and dinner, great welcome and service, excellent meals. Just offering more than a choice of starter, main course and dessert would be great.
