Fantastic place to stay at when in Lourdes. It’s close to the main attraction and it’s also walking distance from the castle, where you’ll learn more about the town and you’ll have the best views of Lourdes. Service: 5

This is a great place to stay in Lourdes. I stay there every year with my sisters and did a second stay this year as I brought friends. It is very near the grotto. The food is lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My only complaint this last stay was a stuffy smell in room when we arrived and it stayed. Also the kettle was faulty which the staff took note of so next visitor would have it good. Thanks to hotel and I’ll be back in May. Service: 5

Fairly spacious room, but the shower cubicle was a bit small. The dining room was not very efficiently run, and it took a while for tables to be cleared at breakfast time. One lift permanently out of order over 3 days. My room overlooked a rock wall with the hotel carpark below. Service: 4
