I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and strongly advise everyone to avoid it at all costs. After checking in, I discovered they have an absurd policy where no outside guests are allowed inside the room. The staff was incredibly hostile and rude about it, ultimately asking us to leave. We complied immediately, handing the keys back after spending barely 20 minutes in the room. The only thing we touched or used during that brief window was two drinking glasses. Because we were on the property for a grand total of 30 minutes, I requested a refund. The staff explicitly promised that they would call me the next morning to process the refund. Unsurprisingly, I received absolutely no call and no refund. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and has zero customer service. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

There was an all night party just below our room, with walls shaking all night, could have been better just sleeping in a car. This hotel hosts live music private partys and rents rooms at same time. Totally unacceptable attitude towards guests. Avoid this place.
