Wow, what an interesting location in Matera. It's just so amazing. So much history and living in a cave is fascinating.

The room is actually a Sassi. Very open, lots of air, whitewash walls make it bright and quite inviting. Bed was comfortable. Shower was instantly hot. An authentic Matera feel.
