This hotel just confirms that Italian 3 stars hotels just have to be avoided. Location in some dark neighorhood, their parking is not available (they claim that they renovating) so parking is on a street with poor light. Holes on pillowcase, toilet tank which is moving and not fixed, connector for bathroom fan is hanging on wires, cabinet with fuze is near to floor few cm from bathroom... Micro shower. Walls damaged. Smell of mold. I have to spend here 5 days but obviously it is a place to run from it...

**Very good for a 3-star hotel** I don't know about the prices as we were traveling with a tour group. Our room was equipped with air conditioning, a small fridge, a hairdryer, and a TV. There was also a kettle, along with two complimentary bottles of water and some sachets, presumably for tea and coffee. The bathroom was spotless. The only downside was the shower head, which was fixed to the wall instead of being a handheld one. Breakfast was rich and offered plenty of options. At the breakfast buffet, I was highly impressed by a girl clearing the tables—she was incredibly fast! Another minor issue was that one of the two elevators was out of order, which meant some guests had to wait for quite a while. In conclusion, even though we only stayed for one night (about 8 hours), it was a very positive experience.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The location was convenient, and everything met my expectations. A great place to stay in Modena.
