After enjoying Dumont Quarter, visit this restaurant which is not far away. French cuisine under the direction of the talented chef is gorgeous at this place. The cute staff welcomes guests all year round. But Hotel Zenati is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Very newish looking whitepainted clean rooms. Bed was good, but made some crackling sound when moving around (not an issue for me as I was alone). Bedlinnen was included. Towels where included and plenty. Wifi was included and free, however I used my 4G as too many wifi notworks seemed to be competing for airspace. Typical cities. Small balcony overlooking shoppingstreet was nice to have. Good windows that addequatly block street noise. I would go here again for a budget trip anytime. Order via booking.com, but you can call them directly also. Only minor point was that the shower had no warm water, but that keeps you awake, nice experience. Be sure to test it when you arrive so they can fix it. They promised me they will have a look at it.
